The Merchhaus Story
NO CATALOGUES. JUST CONVERSATIONS.
Merchhaus started with a simple frustration: too much of the merchandising industry runs on volume, and the art of care has been lost. We are here to bring it back.
Why We Exist
Volume vs. Care
The industry
Too much of the merchandising industry runs on volume, and the art of care has been lost. Whether it is an artist trying to get quality product to a tour on a tight turnaround, or a business trying to brand a team without wading through hundreds of SKUs they have never seen in person, the experience is usually the same — pick from a catalogue, pay, and hope for the best.
Merchhaus
Our founder built Merchhaus after years working inside that industry, close enough to see exactly where it kept letting people down. Products were ordered without anyone ever touching them first. Branding was placed on garments without anyone checking how it would actually sit once printed. Sizing issues only ever got noticed once the boxes had already arrived. We do it differently.

Meet Julien
The experience is the whole model.
None of what goes wrong in this industry is complicated to fix — it just takes someone who genuinely knows the products, knows the suppliers, and is willing to have a real conversation with you before anything gets made.
That experience is the whole model. Merchhaus isn't trying to build the biggest catalogue in the market. It's trying to be the most reliable premium merchandising partner in it, for artists who need merch that holds up on tour and for businesses who want their team looking sharp without having to gamble on the outcome.
"I'd rather talk you out of the wrong product than sell you a thousand of them."
